Confidence & Independence
The Therapeutic Learning Centre (TLC) & Pre-School are located on the campus of Ballinasloe Social Services at Brackernagh, Ballinasloe, Co. Galway H53 DH33.
Both services are committed to helping children of all abilities to develop independence, confidence and self-esteem allowing them to work towards their own individual potential, which we hope will prepare them to enter mainstream education, giving equal partnership with their peers.
Social Services Pre-School
Here at Ballinasloe Social Services, our pre-school is open Monday to Friday and offers two sessions. We use a holistic approach which aids children’s self development, confidence and self esteem.
Therapeutic Learning Centre
A partnership between Ballinasloe Social Services and Tusla Health Professionals, parents and carers who together recognise that good quality early intervention enhances a child’s all round development.
Children’s Education
We encourage parents to become more involved with their child’s education, recognising their child’s strengths and supporting the challenging aspect of educational growth.
We provide a model of service which identifies developmental concerns at an early stage thereby allowing preventative measures to be taken against later difficulties.
